Current Class Concept: Harai goshi
Class concepts are explored for about a month. I see these concepts as wheels with spokes. Last week, we continued our focus on harai fundamentals (center of the wheel) as well as Georgian grip throws (spokes). This week we will be expanding on the Georgian grip and adding the harai from there. Check out the links below for some videos I referenced in class as well as a couple study options.

Questions and cues for drilling harai:
• Am a hingeing and twisting enough?
• Am I pulling the sleeve enough?
• What is the elbow and shoulder position of my dominant arm in relation to them?
